RFP Objectives
Acquisition of four Airbus A320CEO aircraft compliant with international airworthiness and regulatory standards, for delivery to a qualified end operator.
Key Requirements
- Seating configuration: 180 seats, all-economy
- Manufacturing year: 2012 or later
- Engine type: CFM56 or IAE V2500 (both considered)
- Airframe, engines, landing gear, and APU: meaningful remaining service life across all major components — full technical detail required in submission
- Documentation: full back-to-birth records and comprehensive technical package mandatory
- Delivery timeline: within 90 days from contract award, subject to satisfactory technical inspection
Financial Terms
- Buyer’s target budget: mid-USD 20s million per aircraft
- Proposals must include asking price, payment structure, and delivery conditions
- Proof of Funds available upon NDA execution — for qualified and mandated counterparties only
Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be assessed on: technical compliance, pricing and financial flexibility, delivery timeline, documentation completeness, and seller/lessor track record with international operators.
