Be in Time is an aviation consulting firm founded by Eduardo Fairen, former co-founder and Director of Flight Operations at Vueling Airlines. We advise airlines, lessors, MRO providers and investors on operational strategy, fleet decisions and organisational transformation.

Our work is grounded in direct executive experience across Europe, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East — as operators, not observers. We are fully independent, with no affiliations that could compromise the objectivity of our advice.
