Be in Time is an aviation consulting boutique founded in 2011, advising airlines, lessors, MRO providers and investors on operational strategy, fleet decisions and organisational transformation.

The firm is led by Eduardo Fairén, a career airline C-suite executive with two decades of direct operational leadership across Europe, Africa and Latin America. He co-founded Vueling Airlines, Spain’s first low-cost carrier, in 2004, and went on to hold CEO and COO roles at Air Arabia Maroc, CAMAIR-CO (Cameroon’s national carrier), Viva Air in Colombia and Peru, and TAAG Angola Airlines — leading fleet negotiations, network design, certification processes and full operational turnarounds, including the turnaround of a flag carrier facing severe financial and operational constraints.
