- Records: complete, traceable back-to-birth documentation for all major components — no exceptions
- Condition: fully airworthy at delivery
Commercial & Financial Terms
- Purchase price: negotiated at current market value based on maintenance status, cycles/hours, and overall condition
- Payment structure: standard escrow arrangement upon successful completion of pre-purchase inspection and acceptance process
