The system offers comprehensive training modules, covering safety, cargo and baggage handling, and the management of dangerous goods, ensuring that airport staff are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
AutoHandling incorporates automated supervision and support in ground operations, reducing manual intervention and minimizing the risk of errors and it also contributed actively to the enhancement of turnaround times and the reduction of operational costs, providing real-time monitoring and rapid resolution of daily operational challenges.
Our commitment to excellence extends to the evaluation and hiring of ground operations staff, ensuring that the workforce was well-prepared for the demands of modern aviation.

First LCC in Colombia
Taking control and oversight of Flight & Ground Ops, Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics, OCC, Flight Crew Training, Pilots, Cabin, Crew and Technicians.
Initial operation with a fleet of 18 Airbus A320 aircraft. Subsequently, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed for the acquisition of 50 Airbus planes; 15 of the CEO model and 35 NEO.
In 2012, the commencement of operations with a flight between Medellín and Bogotá.
In 2014, the second operations center was inaugurated in Bogotá, expanding to have more destinations than its main center in Medellín. That same year marked the confirmation of its first international destination to Panama, from both Bogotá and Medellín. Towards the end of the year, its international expansion continued with the opening of routes to Lima and Quito from Bogotá, with the latter completed in 2017. A year later, operations commenced in the United States, with flights from Medellín and Bogotá to Miami.

A comprehensive strategy unfolded, featuring a revamped network, a 2021-2027 fleet plan, and a robust 2022 business plan.
Recovering lost assets, engaging in commercial restructuring, and securing 15 new A220 leases and 4 B787s for 2024 incorporation were key initiatives.
Workforce optimization reduced staff to 2345, and positive financial results in 2022 and 2023 affirmed our profitability.
Key elements are set to be implemented, positioning the flag carrier as a leader in Luanda’s recently inaugurated third-largest African airport, ensuring tangible equity returns.

The carrier is a full-service state-owned airline flying domestic and Intercontinental flights with a 767-300ER and 737NG Boeing fleet from Douala – Cameroon to different destinations within Africa and abroad.
Organizing the Flight Operations, Fleet Sourcing and Planning, Maintenance, and Logistics of the operation were the main tasks but as well as Aviation Authority certification, Auditing, and Crew Training of foreign crews joining the company until the local workforce handled it.
