PAST PROJECTS

CREATING A NEW PLAYER

Airline industry scenario with an overcrowded European market with no clear space available for a new player

A major legacy carrier had the biggest market share in one of the top European airports (Barcelona) and some LCC were also present.

No space for something new

A hefty idea that something was wrong and the public was still looking for something transparent, fresh and straightforward

Finding financing, the right team and all the build up process was an exhaustive career that helped us to understand, learn and export these know how to other projects we did later

Starting from 0 to 36 aircraft in only 5 years, completing an IPO and a merge process were some of the achievements. But, the best one:

Nowadays, this airline has quadrupled its size

A NEW LIVING AREA

An opportunity to build a new living space in the middle of a big

South American Capital City with XXI century services arises.

The client had the knowledge and expertise to do it but there was a very small time window that needed a major capital investment that was far from their possibilities

Finding new partners was discarded. It did not need more board members or partners that could endanger the project

They shared their vision with us and we evaluated the viability of such idea.

Tweaking their business proposal to make it more realistic and achievable was the first step.

We brought the project to some lenders that found it possible, they were not interested to administrate their business

We closed it in 75 days since inception at ultra low interest rate
