Be In Time is pleased to share a new Request for Proposal (RFP) issued for the acquisition of three (3) Airbus A320/321 CEO aircraft equipped with CFM56 engines, in excellent operational condition and with full inflight entertainment systems.
RFP Objectives

Acquisition of three Airbus A320/321 CEO aircraft meeting international regulatory and safety standards.

Establishment of a long-term partnership with a reliable lessor/supplier offering competitive financial terms and technical support.
Key Requirements

Seating configuration: 180 in all-economy, with the option of 4–8 “economy plus” seats.

Preferred manufacturing date: 2010 or later (MSN 5000+).

Remaining useful life: minimum 70% across avionics, engines, landing gear, and airframe.

Technical specifications: Equipped with Sharklets and CFM56 engines, fully compliant with ADS-B Out and FANS 1/A.

Support: full back-to-birth records, detailed technical documentation, with optional inclusion of maintenance reserves program and spare parts support.

Delivery timeline: within 3 months from contract award, following inspection at lessor’s site.
Financial & Leasing Terms

Dry lease option: minimum lease term of 6 years, with extension or purchase options.

Proposals must include lease rate structure, maintenance reserve arrangements, financial conditions, and support services.
